Abstract

Fig. 2 shows a longitudinal section of the front of the pen, Fig. 3 a crosssection on the line x-x, and Fig. 4 a cross-section on the line y-y. The feed-bar C is provided with parallel channels c<1>, c<2>, and, near the front end, is made of T-section, to provide spaces e, e to receive any overflow of ink. In modifications, the section of the feed-bar is such as shown in Fig. 7, or the spaces e, e communicate by an aperture h as in Fig. 9, or the spaces e, e are divided to form separate pockets as in Fig. 10.
