Mixing dough.-Relates to a roller mill or apparatus for the treatment of dough, chocolate, &c., and for use in chemists' shops, cement factories, pottery and brick works, &c. The rollers are of elliptical outline, and are formed with circular corrugations, those of one roll engaging with those of the other, whereby the corrugations, which are of \/-section, increase in depth from the ends to the centre. The rolls are geared together, and may be run at different speeds.
